www.nutrition.org.uk: the British Nutrition Foundation, which is a charity that publishes impartial and evidence-based human nutrition information. Useful to learn more about basics, help separate fact from fiction and get advice on a healthy diet for yourself.

Right Weight Project: World Horse Welfare's project to help owners mange their horse's weight. Contact them for an excellent free DVD.
